Problem
The business problem arose from the lengthy procedures involved in pharmacovigilance activities, resulting in restricted operational capacity and a negative impact on business revenue and case coverage.
The main challenge was designing a digital product to support every aspect of the pharmacovigilance process, from documentation review to audit reporting, enabling seamless collaboration among multiple parties.

In the initial stage of the project, the primary focus was on developing a user experience for the pharmacovigilance audit report (desktop-first).
I designed a solution that empowers PV experts to initiate and manage the audit process while facilitating effective collaboration with multiple parties within a unified system environment.
